Fortis Trust is inviting suitably qualified and experienced HR providers to submit a tender for the delivery of Strategic HR Advisory and Consultancy Services across our growing multi-academy trust.
We have attached our Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, which sets out the full scope of the opportunity, service requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. The Trust is seeking a strategic HR partner capable of providing both high-quality operational support and executive-level HR advice across our schools and central Trust functions.
Fortis Trust currently operates across Medway, Kent and Essex, supporting approximately 388 employees across four provisions, with further growth anticipated during the contract period. We are therefore particularly interested in hearing from providers with experience of supporting multi-academy trusts, organisational growth, TUPE processes, governance assurance and strategic workforce planning.
Key dates are as follows:
- ITT Issued: 14 July 2026
- Clarification Deadline: 31 July 2026
- Tender Submission Deadline: 9:00am on 7 August 2026
- Proposed Contract Start Date: 1 September 2026
