As part of our rapid growth within the trust and future developments, we needed to invest in further expanding our Central Team by appointing a Director of Educational Excellence and Improvement.
Landi Muca | Director of Educational Excellence and Improvement
We are proud to announce that Landi Muca successfully completed the extensive interview process and accepted the role, and we are pleased to welcome him to Fortis Trust.
Landi will work closely with school leaders, staff, governors, and external partners to lead school improvement initiatives, champion inclusion, and ensure every child receives the best possible education. He will also enable further collaboration and the sharing of best practice across all academies and provisions, and support them through change, development, and growth.
Landi will provide our trust with strategic leadership to drive high-quality teaching, learning and outcomes across all of our provisions and academies. His role enables a more streamlined approach to academy and provision improvement and quality assurance, while supporting Senior and Middle Leaders to improve teaching, learning, curriculum, and assessment.
We are excited to see the impact Landi will have across Fortis Trust, our academies, and our provisions during this period of extensive growth.
